“Alvirah and Willy” is an immersive Augmented Reality and browser experience that takes place in the bookshelf of my grandmother in southern Spain. The mystery books that she so thoroughly collects and reads are affected by a plague: the woodworm.
These woodworms, being responsible of the decay of human structures and social tissue, propagate through different media and screens of the users of the project. While trying to find each other among the books and furniture, they build tunnels into another dimension, into another planet.
